Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses ConsentTensor, including API and integration access.

Last updated · August 2, 2026

1. Authorised scanning only

You may scan only domains and applications you own or have documented written authority to test. You are responsible for obtaining that authority. Scanning third-party properties without permission may violate computer misuse laws and will result in immediate suspension.

2. Prohibited conduct

  • Attempting to breach, probe, or disrupt ConsentTensor infrastructure or other tenants' data.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or copying the platform, models, or scoring logic.
  • Uploading malware, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Using scan output to facilitate litigation trolling, extortion, or harassment of website operators.
  • Reselling, white-labelling, or sublicensing the service without a written partner agreement.
  • Circumventing plan limits, rate limits, quotas, or authentication.
  • Using the service to send unsolicited marketing in violation of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CASL, or equivalent laws.

3. Fair use and rate limits

Scan volume, monitored pages, seats, and API requests are subject to your plan's limits. We may throttle or queue activity that threatens availability, and will contact you before restricting a paying account except where an immediate risk exists.

4. Reporting and enforcement

Report abuse to abuse@consenttensor.com and security issues to security@consenttensor.com. We may investigate, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy and cooperate with law enforcement where required.
