AI Disclaimer
Parts of ConsentTensor — scan classification, policy analysis, risk scoring, and remediation guidance — are generated by machine learning systems. This page explains what that means for you.

1. AI-generated output may be wrong
AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated results, including false positives and false negatives. Output is a starting point for human review, not a determination of legal compliance. Verify anything material with qualified counsel before acting on it.
2. Where we use AI
- Classifying trackers, cookies, tags, and form fields discovered during a scan.
- Summarising privacy policies and terms and flagging potentially missing disclosures.
- Generating remediation recommendations and plain-language explanations of findings.
- Producing risk scores that weight findings by severity and exposure.
3. Human oversight
You remain the decision-maker. We design the product so that every AI-generated finding links to the underlying evidence (the URL, element, or policy text observed) so a human can confirm it. No AI output is used to make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.
4. Your data and model training
We do not use customer scan data or contact submissions to train third-party foundation models. Where AI providers process data on our behalf, they do so under contract with zero-retention or short-retention terms and no training rights.
5. Content you generate
Reports and text you export are yours to use, subject to the Terms of Service. You are responsible for reviewing them for accuracy before publishing or relying on them.
